Who washes a towel?!?!
That was like the best episode of The New Girl EVER! And one of the sweetest, funniest, getting to the heart of issues episodes of television I've seen period.

If you saw it and agree, do come in and share what you loved about it. I'm all up for a squeefest, gifs, quotes, thoughts, etc. about TNG after that episode. SO FREAKING GOOD!

What I loved about that Jess bit there is that it was just a way of saying that one can be weird, quirky, a little "different" -- as I personally am -- and STILL be smart and worthy of respect. I've been treated like Jess has because I don't fit the "norm" and it was wonderful hearing someone come out and say that.

And the whole "you rocked the polka dots" conversation was so scarily true about girls too, LOL!

Plus, yeah, the towel thing. BWAHAHAHAH!

I loved it, too! So many things about it - totally normal that someone as high-strung and straightlaced as Julia would have issues with Jess, loved that Jess told her that she can be a teacher who loves polka dots and whimsical things and being silly and yet still be a smart, strong, women, loved the return of Cece and the addition of the lesbian gynecologist (did they give her a name?) and their conversations, loved Jess, Julia, and Nick crying in the bathroom, and I loved that Julia and Jess made up in the end by having Julia join them for some crocheting. Some great little character moments, too - Cece being so indignant that someone wouldn't like Jess, Schmidt and his hair chutney, Julia's anger issues resurfacing when she couldn't crochet correctly. Also loved Winston's love interest - she's gorgeous, and I'd like to see him have to work hard to win her back.

And oh, how I loved Schmidt's freakout upon discovering that he'd been using Nick's towel all along. Love this show! I wish I had gifs, but I only occasionally see them on Tumblr.

I loved this episode! There was this person over on twitter saying they should take out Zooey and keep Lizzy which pissed me off. I love Lizzy Caplan, she's awesome but no. She also said the title was lame because she's not "New Girl" in the next couple seasons. I think the idea of the title is not just the reference of her moving in, I think it represents what kind of leading lady she is. Whatever, I love Jess, I love the towel scene, I was laughing my ass off at their reactions. Freaking Schmidt is my favorite with his antics. "JUDAISM SON." LOL!

All i can say is SCHMIDT you make me so happy! I don't think I would've watched the show without him.
