Damnit ...

At work, no Vampire Diaries until I get home in about 30 minutes ... and someone just spoiled something about tonight's episode with no thought to a silly thing called an lj-cut. The title, the icon, the gif ... yeah, no way I couldn't know what happened regarding this particular spoiler.

I'm not happy. :( I know, I know, I shouldn't have checked my flist, but everyone has been fairly awesome lately, even with the fairly big stuff that has happened in the episodes.

Still, grrr............ Desperately trying to avoid getting spoilered any further until I get home now.

OT: I replied in a post you posted a while back. I think it was to choose one of your fandoms and you would say what you like and dislike about it. I think I chose DW, but you never replied. :( Heh.

That sucks :/ I always put any ep reactions/discussions behind a cut, especially on the night it airs. And using a spoilery icon is the epitome of douchbaggery, imo.

Yeah, I know, normally it's not a problem, but yeah, now it means I won't go anywhere near my flist from now on between 9 and 11pm on new-TVD-Thursdays. :(

Yeah, kinda cast an icky pall over the whole evening. Didn't help that this was the weakest episode since "Disturbing Behavior." (Ooh, written by the same guy. Ugh.)

Yeah, I'm kinda ranting at this point in my post now, LOL! A rewatch could change my mind (because I really was in a pissy mood, spoiled about the HUGE news of the Elijah return, came home to a crappy parking space, cats threw up everywhere, etc.), but my Damon issues are sprouting high again!

While I know that I wasn't the one who spoiled you originally, I just as easily could have been, so I wanted to apologize again (I already did when I replied to your comment, but since I deleted the post, I wasn't sure if you could still read it). I am deeply ashamed since I know how frustrating it can be to be spoiled when you don't want to be, but I thank you for pointing out my mistake. I will make sure to be much more careful before I post something.
