Joey kissed Chandler in one episode of Friends when everyone on New Year's Eve had someone to kiss and Chandler kept demanding someone kiss me, someone kiss me. Joey laid one on him IIRC to shut him up.

Having just rewatched the episode, you remember correctly.

In 10 Things I Hate About You, at the end when she's all "*TALKING*" and he kisses her and she's like "And don't think you can just..." so he kisses her again.

I love that movie.

Around 1:05, Luke and Noah are having an argument and Noah practically cuts off Luke by kissing him (which then leads to their consummation). It's around 1:05.

In Buffy season two, in the ep Surprise, Buffy's babbling about some bad dream she's had the night before and Angel kisses her in the middle of her sentence and she says something like "I'm sorry, were we talking?" after.

And I had pondered your question about an hour ago and then went back to studying and poof! Suddenly remembered. The things that come to mind while reading about peptide linkages, let me tell you. :P

I'm not 100% sure, can't find it on youtube and don't have the dvd handy, but I think Buffy cuts Spike off mid-sentence when she jumps him at the end of Smashed in mid-S6... but I don't know if it counts.

Most versions of Much Ado About Nothing have a kiss like that toward the end. Here's two examples:
