Those who've been on my flist for awhile know that I LOVE Broadway music, so naturally, it's no surprise that I've been excited (if wary) about NBC's Smash. Well, I watched it, and I haz thoughts ...

It did good in the ratings, but the 18-49 drop from 4.2 to 3.4 is a bit worrying, hopefully, that drop was just people realizing (a) this isn't Glee, and (b) oh, it's a TV-musical, and that 2nd number will remain solid.
