Kitty Update
It's bad. :( He's got urinary blockage, and will have to be hospitalized. It's going to cost between $750.00 and $850.00. Fortunately, they accept CareCredit, which I have enough to cover it. Fingers crossed, it all goes well, and I can pick him up on Wednesday -- which will put me closer to the $750 mark.

At least he'll be okay, and I can pay for it. That's the most important thing.

:(

Sorry hun. *huggles for your and kitty* Hopefully everything will be ok.

What is CareCredit? Like a credit card or insurance? I have never heard of that.

So sorry that he needs to be hospitalized, but you're right that the most important thing is that he will be all right.
Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery.

Thank you for the update. You've been on my mind today.

I am SO sorry about your precious kitty. Thankfully they've figured out what it is and he'll be able to get better. I'm sending positive thoughts that he recovers quickly and that the bill stays as low as possible.

Poor kitty! Crossing fingers for this to be over quickly and painlessly, in all ways and for all concerned.

CareCredit is a life saver as I've recently found out when my 13 year old dog has been hospitalized. Twice. Within 2 weeks! I'm fairly new to it, though - have you had good luck with the actually GE company themselves if you've had it for a while? So far no surprises with billing on my end...but I thought I'd ask.

Hope your kitty is okay!

As long as you pay on time, you're fine. I was late with my last payment when I used it for my wisdom teeth removal( and had to$25 late fee.

I'm so sorry. Best of luck to him.

I'll INSHA-ALLAH pray for your kitty. I love cats and my elder siblings had a full family of cats in our house. One of the baby of our cat died once and I remember how awful it felt. Take care of the Kitty.

When I was a tech, we saw that all the time; it's very routine, he'll definitely be all right. They'll probably want you to change his diet though to prevent further crystal formation. It's great you have CareCredit, too, now you won't have to worry even more.

Oh I'm sorry your cat has health problems. I'm sure everything will be fine and then you'll have a happy kitty at home again.

Gulp!

Still, not as bad as the £8000 vet bill someone at work's friends had to pay after their cat was run over.

Good to hear he'll be okay though.

Oh no. I'm sorry he's having to have surgery. He must have been in pain though, so it's good that it is something they can fix!

Give him an extra kiss from me :)

Oh hon, I'm sorry. You must feel like it's one thing after another at the moment *hugs*. I'm just glad it's something they can treat and that it will be covered.

Phew, that's really a lot of money, so I'm glad you're able to to cover the expences. Fingers are crossed that the kitty will be alright again soon ♥
